Microsoft has announced that Windows 10 will be available from July 29 as a free upgrade to those using Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. Promising to bring back the Start menu from previous iterations of the Windows OS, Windows 10 additions include the Cortana “personal digital assistant” and Windows Hello3 which  greets users by name and lets them log in to their PC without a password through biometric authentication
