Kyocera updates MFP document workflow

August 7, 2009:KYOcapture 5.0 has been released, the latest version of the server-based document capture and workflow solution for Kyocera’s colour and black & white Multifunctional Products (MFPs).

An open-architecture middleware solution, KYOcapture serves as a gateway for documents to be stored, shared, searched or retrieved throughout the network so that end-users can access the information they want when they need it.

It offers a new, customisable user interface and improved bi-directional search functionality to easily retrieve indexing data from databases and browse folder across the network.

Secure SSL encryption and user authentication provides for protected access within the enterprise.
